We seek a skilled and motivated full stack Full-Stack Developer with deep knowledge of React/JS, JavaScript, Microsoft .NET Core, Microsoft SQL Server, Microsoft Visual Studio 2022 (IDE) and Visual Studio Code (IDE), GitHub, and IIS.  This role is pivotal in developing and maintaining web applications that support critical operations, increase production efficiency, reduce production complexity, and optimize processes and data flow across our manufacturing facility. 

PRIMARY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Design, develop, and maintain robust, in-house web applications using .NET Core framework, React/JS, and Microsoft SQL
  • Create systems to synthesize and integrate information from multiple software and hardware systems
  • Manage large data sets and implement methods for quickly extracting the relevant information and creating meaningful data summaries
  • Use reporting engines like SAP Web Intelligence and Power BI for data visualization and reporting
  • Collaborate closely with various teams within the manufacturing plant to understand requirements and translate them into technical solutions
  • Work independently as the sole developer, taking ownership of projects from conception to deployment and maintenance
  • Develop a sustainable and CMMC-compliant Software Development Lifecycle Policy
  • Optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability
  • Ensure the responsiveness of applications across devices and platforms
  • Implement security and data protection measures in all developed applications
  • Troubleshoot and debug applications to resolve performance issues and bugs
  • Stay updated on emerging technologies and best practices in web development
  • Assist in developing reports required by users and perform data analysis as needed.
  • Work with business process owners to improve business process flows
  • Assist in developing, promoting, and implementing best practices, standards, and controls
  • Preferred: Familiarity with ERP/MRP systems to integrate with existing manufacturing processes

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES

  • Success in this position requires frequent communication with peers and management.  These relationships must be built on respect, integrity, cooperation, teamwork, and professionalism.
  • Experience in developing applications within a manufacturing environment is a plus.
  • Familiarity with Power BI for data visualization and reporting.
  • Ability to work in a Class 1000 and/or AMC clean room environment wearing appropriate PPE

  • Project management experience as a single contributor and leading small projects
  • Proven track record of driving change and implementing best practices

CREDENTIALS AND EXPERIENCE

  • Proven experience as a Web Application Developer or similar role
  • Proficiency in .NET Core framework and Microsoft SQL
  • Strong understanding of front-end technologies, such as HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript
  • Experience with RESTful APIs and third-party libraries
  • Familiarity with Agile development methodologies
  • Ability to work independently and manage projects effectively
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (preferred) or equivalent work experience.

OTHER

  • Work schedule: Monday through Friday, 8 hour shift between 6am and 6pm.
  • Remote/Hybrid eligible: 2-3 days/week remote and remainder is in the Albuquerque office. Travel assistance to work in office is not provided.
