Scopely is seeking a Manager, Corporate Development to join our team and help drive our inorganic growth strategy in Culver City on a Hybrid basis.

The Corporate Development team is responsible for identifying, evaluating & executing M&A, investments and strategic partnerships to drive Scopely’s inorganic growth strategy. This is a high-impact, strategic role on the team that will shape how we monitor and uncover new opportunities across the dynamic gaming ecosystem.
This role is critical to our efforts to identify, evaluate, and execute acquisitions and strategic partnerships with high-performing companies and assets in the interactive entertainment space. The ideal candidate will have strong intellectual curiosity to uncover leading products and teams in the interactive entertainment space, top tier business analysis and analytical skills to evaluate opportunities, a strong project management toolbox to manage due diligence efforts, and relentless drive to close high impact M&A and strategic deals.
This role reports to the Senior Director of Corporate Development and collaborates with cross-functional teams to source new opportunities, manage the deal pipeline, drive deal evaluation and execution, and enhance and evolve Scopely’s corporate development strategy.
For candidates in CA, CO, NJ, NY, and WA, the annual salary range is provided below.
