Job Description:

• Key Responsibilities

• Product Finance & Reporting: Supports product launches from a finance perspective, including accounting mapping and testing data feeds from policy system to the General Ledger. Support daily and monthly tasks related to policy system. Prepares accurate financial reports and assists with month-end and year-end closing activities.
• Team Player: Contributes to a collaborative and high-performing finance team by supporting colleagues, sharing knowledge, and maintaining open communication.
• Finance Functions: Supports broader finance functions on a day-to-day basis, including reporting, analysis, and operational tasks. Gains operational insight through hands-on involvement in financial processes, helping to strengthen understanding of business workflows and drive continuous improvement.
• Other Tasks / Initiatives: Undertake additional finance-related duties and support new initiatives as assigned, including audits, process improvements, and cross-functional projects.

• Job Requirements

• A bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or related field is essential.
• Minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience in finance.
• Professional certifications (CPA, CA, ACCA, ISCA) are a plus.
• Knowledge of local and international financial reporting standards.
• Relevant professional experience in the insurance industry is a plus.
• Highly organized, independent, and detail-oriented.
