What you'll do...
Walmart Central Fill Pharmacy is a specialized type of pharmacy that focuses on processing and dispensing of prescriptions for multiple retail pharmacy locations within a region. Unlike a traditional pharmacy, Central Fill is full of automation allowing prescriptions to be filled fast and accurately. But the best part of Central Fill pharmacy is taking care of our patients in the community. While we are not patient facing, our job provides retail pharmacies the ability to spend much deserved time providing clinical services and education to the communities they serve.
We are hiring a 3rd Shift Facility Maintenance Supervisor II who will work onsite at our Plainfield, IN Central Fill location.
3rd Shift Schedule:
Must have availability between the hours of 8pm and 6:30am and will work 5 days per week (additional days when operation needs increase)
Work Week: could work Sunday night through Friday night - schedule will depend on the operational needs
Minimum Qualifications:
2 years’ experience performing industrial warehouse or manufacturing maintenance activities (for example, preventative maintenance, material handling equipment, power equipment, facilities upkeep).
2 years' experience in a Walmart maintenance technician position OR 1 years’ experience in industrial maintenance, primarily electronics, including six months leading a work or project team.
Preferred Qualifications:
Supervising, evaluating, diagnosing, mentoring, and developing employees, managing workload; and participating in the hiring and promotion of employees in industrial maintenance (for example, welding, refrigeration, electrical, electronics)
Industrial Maintenance Certification
OSHA 10 Certification
Job Responsibilities:
Electrical Systems and Controls:
Demonstrate expertise in wiring schematics for innovation and compliance
Adhere to safety practices to ensure manufacturing compliance
Inspect critical equipment for compliance with specifications
Install, maintain, and repair electrical wiring and equipment
Troubleshoot control circuits and oversee electrician services
Custodial Activities:
Coach on advanced custodial methods for cost-effective services
Oversee custodial quality and investigate substandard reports
Assess inventory and maintenance needs for custodial equipment
Optimize cleaning procedures to improve performance
Monitor activities for compliance with regulatory codes
Task Delegation:
Communicate task definitions and success criteria
Develop plans and objectives with associates
Delegate tasks according to readiness levels
Monitor progress and provide feedback and support
Schematics and Technical Drawings:
Prepare sketches and blueprints for wiring and equipment
Make routine changes to computerized schematics
Coach on blueprint interpretations
Review drawings to ensure detailed requirements are met
Vendor Management:
Act as routine contact point with vendors
Resolve supplier issues and escalate non-routine problems
Research alternative vendors and provide feedback on options
Ensure purchases meet delivery dates and quality standards

The annual salary range for this position is $50,000.00-$100,000.00
Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses.
Additional compensation for certain positions may also include:
