Our Product Support and Logistics Division (PSLD) is one of the most innovative divisions within Caterpillar. In PSLD, as within all of Caterpillar, our priority is our customers and helping them build a better world. We touch nearly every element of the services value stream from procurement to design and manufacturing to distribution. PSLD is responsible for Aftermarket Parts Distribution of Cat Parts, Integrated Logistics, segment Procurement and the design and manufacture of Wear Components (Undercarriage and GET) and Maintenance Components (Seals, Tubes & Hardware, Hose & Couplings, Fluids and Filters).

 

What You Will Do:

Caterpillar’s Product Support and Logistics Division (PSLD) is seeking talented Warehouse Associates at our Denver Distribution Center located at 4705 48th Avenue, Denver, CO 80216.

Job Duties/Responsibilities may include, but are not limited to:

  • Safely perform the material handling and warehousing processes required in the receiving, processing, storing, moving, packing, and shipping of parts, materials, equipment, and supplies.

  • Operate handheld scanner to access and update information for receiving, counting and order processing.

  • Willingness to be trained on and operate order pickers, reach trucks, sit-down forklifts, and overhead hoists. Keep in mind, not all available positions operate equipment.

  • Report defects and need for repairs.

  • Perform housekeeping functions as required.

  • Other duties as business demand changes

  • Usage of required PPE and adherence to safety procedures for tasks being performed at all times.

  • Physical Requirements: Must be able to perform the following tasks (reasonable accommodations may be requested to accommodate individuals with disabilities):

    • Frequently lift 1 - 29 pounds,

    • Infrequently lift 30 - 50 pounds,

    • Stands and walks on concrete/anti-fatigue mat consistently throughout shift

    • Stoops, kneels, squats, frequently throughout shift

What You Will Get:

  • Starting wage is $20.50/hour (paid weekly)

  • Additional $1/hour shift bonus for second and third shift

  • Overtime opportunities available at 1.5 pay rate

  • Twice a year raises, based on your performance evaluation

  • Up to 12% bonus on top of base pay per quarter based on performance evaluation

  • On-site interviews will be scheduled for candidates that pass the phone screen and the online assessment.

Available Shifts:

2nd shift: Monday - Friday 3:30pm to 11:30pm

3rd shift: Sunday – Friday 11:30pm to 7:30am

Weekend 1 (AWS) shift: Wednesday - Saturday 5:30am to 3:30pm

Weekend 2 (AWS) shift: Saturday - Tuesday 7:30am to 5:30pm

Summary Pay Range:

$20.00 - $26.00

Compensation and benefits offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, job level, market location, job-related knowledge, skills, individual performance and experience. Please note that salary is only one component of total compensation at Caterpillar.
