The Role

Genmab is seeking a detail-focused and analytical professional to join our Business Information team. The role is pivotal in leading marketing campaign operations, overseeing data management, and compiling engagement reports to bolster the commercial success of our products in the US market. The successful candidate will be an integral part of our team, interfacing with the Customer Experience & Insights and Digital Strategy departments to deliver robust omnichannel campaign support. Reporting to the Digital Operations Associate Director, this position is a gateway to transformative work in a dynamic environment.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee and optimize campaign tag management and processes.
  • Conduct routine maintenance and updates for the campaign tagging platform, ensuring training materials are current.
  • Lead onboarding and training sessions for agency partners.
  • Liaise with internal and external partners to coordinate campaign materials, outline business needs, and track performance metrics and deadlines.
  • Lead all aspects of the implementation of marketing campaigns across various digital platforms such as websites, email, and third-party media.
  • Manage updates and maintenance within Campaign Management Platforms like Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
  • Maintain data integrity in source tables and handle data inquiries and resolutions as needed.
  • Use Jira for effective workload management and cross-functional task delegation.
  • Generate both routine and ad hoc reports for digital performance analysis.

Requirements

  • A Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • At least 5 years of experience in omnichannel marketing or business information, with a preference for candidates with a background in the life sciences sector.
  • Demonstrated ability to develop materials for training and cross-functional collaboration.
  • Inventive problem-solving skills
  • Skilled in the use of digital marketing tools and platforms, as well as standard office software.
  • The capacity to prioritize in a fast-paced environment, juggle multiple tasks, and meet deadlines.
  • Outstanding organizational and project management prowess.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills and the ability to work independently and make informed decisions
  • A sharp eye for detail.

Location

  • The role is based in Princeton, NJ, with a hybrid work arrangement that includes 3 days on-site per week.
  • Some travel may be necessary for events and business meetings.

For US based candidates, the proposed salary band for this position is as follows:

$97,500.00---$162,500.00

The actual salary offer will carefully consider a wide range of factors, including your skills, qualifications, experience, and location. Also, certain positions are eligible for additional forms of compensation, such as bonuses.
