The EMEA Nike Direct Stores Team is responsible for enabling the business and consumer objectives of the Nike Owned Stores (NSO) and Nike Partner Stores (NSP) in EMEA through the cross-functional leadership of go-to-market and performance management.
We are looking for a Seasonal Moments Senior Specialist, to join the Nike Inline Seasonal Moments Team. This role is responsible for enabling the Consumer x Field of Play (CxFoP) business and consumer objectives for our Inline Stores in EMEA. The team sits alongside the Business Offense and Store Concepts team and reports into the EMEA Senior Director for Inline Stores.
You will be accountable to bring to life the best version of the CxFoP vision into the marketplace holistically across all functions through the CODE process. The role will focus on a Consumer Field of Play and will provide business support and input into Nike Direct working groups and build understanding of the CxFoP vision and how to bring it to life holistically across all functional teams supporting the Nike Inline Stores strategy.
Our ideal candidate will have to understand the landscape of Nike Stores and what is required to deliver united CxFoP plans for Nike Stores to drive the total business growth.
The role requires someone understanding the key retail moments like Traffic Peaks, Sporting Moments & Sale moments and how these impact the overall seasonal offense.
You will be working with the Nike Direct Consumer leads, Inline Stores business and x-functional partners to lead, prepare for and deliver seasonal plans through CODE gates (e.g. CMI, GTM, Seasonal Readiness etc.).
You will be defining and running the operating model for the x-functional offense and seeking continuous process improvements to enable a streamlined seasonal moments execution for the best CxFoP expression in-store.
You identify opportunities to grow the business and improve the consumer experience based on insights, feedback and learnings from previous seasons.
You are part of the Nike Direct Stores team and play a key role in the Seasonal Moments team. The team is responsible for enabling the business & consumer objectives through the cross functional leadership of go-to market & performance management.
You will closely partner with your Nike Direct CxFoP working teams and Inline Stores teams like Business Offense, Store Merchandising, Assortment Planning, Allocation, Brand & Retail Marketing and many more.
Proven ability to lead and influence x-functional teams and multiple projects and tasks efficiently at the same time
Strong sense of ownership and accountability with pro-active and information seeking attitude
Solid understanding of Nike’s seasonal CODE gates and operating model
Team player with positive energy, stress resistance and able to adapt quickly to new priorities and situations
Effective communication skills - able to influence at a variety of levels and across functions in a complex matrix organization and areas outside of direct control
Strong presentation skills with confidence to address large and diverse audiences across different levels
Knowledge of Retail Space Management and Retail Best practices to drive commerce is a plus
