Job Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support to the Learning & Development Department
- Coordinate internal and external training program
- Coordinate pre and post orientation arrangements with other departments
- Conduct orientation sessions
- Develop and deliver basic language and computer training, while considering the effectiveness of different methodology such as classroom training, demonstrations, meetings, conferences and workshops
- Coordinate all aspects concerning training and development including training needs analysis, implementation of training courses, and training by external consultants/vendors and training evaluation
- Create and design promotional training posters, calendar, enrollment announcements and all related collaterals
Job Requirements:
- Experience in HR, Training or related field preferred
- Bachelor's degree or above in Human Resources or related discipline
- Excellent language skills in English and Cantonese. Fluency in Mandarin will be an advantage
- Proficient with general computer knowledge and Microsoft Office applications. Knowledge in graphic design and photo/video editing will be an advantage
- Must be able to interact with co-workers and internal and external customers effectively in a professional and friendly manner
- Must be able to interact and build / maintain positive working relationships with co-workers and work as a team
- Knowledge of principles and methods for curriculum and training design, teaching and instruction methods for individuals and groups, and measurement of training effectiveness
