As Corporate Recruiter at Long Home Products, you will play a crucial role in sourcing and attracting exceptional candidates to join our team. Collaborating closely with hiring managers and team members, you will help drive the talent acquisition process and contribute to the success of our company. We are looking for a passionate and dedicated individual with excellent interpersonal skills and a keen eye for identifying the best talent. 
 
Responsibilities: 
-Work closely with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies. 
-Utilize various channels such as job boards, social media platforms, and professional networks to source and attract qualified candidates. 
-Conduct initial screenings and interviews to assess candidate qualifications, skills, and cultural fit. 
-Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers, ensuring a smooth and efficient process. 
-Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate information in our applicant tracking system (ATS). 
-Provide a positive and engaging candidate experience throughout the recruitment process, representing Long Home Products' values and culture. 
-Assist in developing job descriptions, job postings, and other recruitment materials. 
-Conduct reference checks and background screenings as required. 
-Collaborate with the HR team to ensure a seamless onboarding process for new hires. 
-Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in recruitment to continually improve our hiring process. 
 
Qualifications: 
-Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent work experience). 
-Proven experience in recruitment, preferably within a high-volume environment. 
-Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and other recruitment tools. 
-Strong knowledge of sourcing techniques and platforms, including social media. 
-Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 
-Ability to build relationships and collaborate effectively with internal stakeholders. 
-Strong organizational and time management abilities. 
-Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy. 
-Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. 
-Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and demands.
