職務内容:
ソリューションエンジニア (以下SE) は、お客様及びパートナー様に向けた営業および技術的な役割を果たします。SEの主な職務内容は、営業とともに、F5のソリューションに関する技術的知識をお客様へ提供する事です。SE はF5製品とエコシステムの両方に優れた技術的スキルと知識を持っている必要があり、F5ではSEに対する継続的なトレーニングや資格取得をサポートしています。
また、営業と協業して、売り上げ目標を達成し、お客様のビジネスニーズに沿ったF5のソリューションと製品を販売します。お客様の観点から、SEは、技術的およびビジネス上の課題を積極的に学び、理解し、解決する為の効果的なソリューションを提案する信頼できるアドバイザーです。F5 のSEは技術的な機能だけでなく、技術的な価値の提案とビジネス上のメリットを提示します。
