Requirements

• Bachelor Degree in Mechanical or Mechatronic Engineer.
• Demonstrate knowledge of the Solar product line.
• Demonstrate mastery of technical knowledge in the courses taught.
• Ability to plan classes for the assigned courses.
• Stay technically updated permanently.
• Demonstrate the ability to communicate effectively and efficiently with an audience of more than 6 people, demonstrating empathy.
• Flexibility to adapt to different situations in the courses taught.
• Patience to work with students of different technical levels.
• Ability to communicate in English.
• Availability to travel more than 65% of the year within Mexico and LATAM.

Desirable requirements:

• Have EC-0217 certification for teaching face-to-face group courses for registration as an instructor in the STPS.
• Have a minimum of 2 years of experience in Solar brand turbines.
• Experience as instructor teaching any kind of courses.
