• Define Sequential Function Charts (SFCs) for assembly stations used internally or outsourced

• Develop, tune and set process automation stations

• Experienced on robot programming (Kuka, Staubli)

• Assess and make reception of process stations

• Responsable of improving robots trayectory and automatic homing positioning in order to improve cycle time.

• Respect and ensure respect of IProM.

• Responsible for stations process development schedule in line with CLEAN

• Ensuring respect of safety and VPS rules and guidelines during the process development.

• Ensuring coordination between process development and product definition

• Improve the TRP of equipments supporting the improvement of the performance.

• Make Continuous Improvement, working in Cycle Time reduction of automated cells, focusing on bottlenecks.

• Responsible for all process related documentation

• Alert the managers when standards are not met.

• Secure the automated stations/ equipments (back-ups)

• Work on connection of PLCs to Manufacturing Execution System, with error codes management & traceability features implementation
