The student becomes an integral part of the Comcast team working on creative, innovative, and thought-provoking projects within various business units.
Role Description
Are you passionate about sales, data analytics, communications and learning?! Do you like big challenges and working within a highly motivated team environment?
As a Sales Enablement & Governance Intern on the Business Operations & Solutions team, you will be part of the driving force behind world class sales success. Responsible for executing the Sales Communications and Learning Administration initiatives for the Business Operations and Solutions organization. The team provides sales effectiveness support across all Comcast Business Sales channels, through managing and maintaining the organization, publication and documentation aspect of sales end-user content. Partnering closely with the Sales and Marketing teams and their leadership to ensure our Sales Organization has the right information, at the right time to deliver top tier sales results.

In your role you will bridge the gap between Sales and Operations. Partnering with the teams to understand learning and training gaps to enhance the sales process resulting in greater revenue for the organization.
Where can this student make an impact?
You’ll be working with a best in class Sales Governance team within Comcast Business while we roll out new training to continue to enhance our Sales Process.
Job Responsibilities
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Develop comprehensive end-user content, including user guides, manuals, and training materials, to ensure clarity, accuracy, and relevance in the context of Sales.
Support in managing existing content and user experience on internal communication platforms.
Maintains existing documentation to ensure accuracy and relevance. Manages intake requests from the formal intake system and proactively identifies communications opportunities throughout the organization that will benefit the sales organization.
Assist in developing and implementing sales enablement initiatives, including sales training programs, tools, and resources.
Maintain ongoing learning agenda for existing sales representatives, including enrolling, tracking and recording training sessions.
Other duties and responsibilities as assigned.

Minimum Qualifications and Eligibility Requirements
Currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree from a United States-based college or university
Rising Junior or Rising Senior only (must have a graduation date between Winter 2025- Spring 2027)
Returning to degree-program (for at least a semester) after the completion of the summer internship (meaning, student must be returning to school for Fall 2025 semester before graduating)
Available to work 40 hours per week over the course of the summer program- June 2 through August 15, 2025
Authorized to work in the United States with no current or future sponsorship needs
Available to report in-person to the work location on the job posting (unless virtual offering)

Compensation
Base Pay: $23.00Base pay is one part of the Total Rewards that Comcast provides to compensate and recognize employees for their work.
