NVIDIA Networking BU is looking for Software Program Manager Student position, who will be responsible for SW quality processes analysis and improvement. The PM will take part in data and process analysis and drive deployment of learnings while working with R&D managers and teams.

What you'll be doing:

  • Support improvement of SW quality processes by conducting data analysis and process definition.

  • Identify issues and suggest solutions.

  • Drive new process assimilation in the organization working with multiple teams and managers - track action items and lead to compliance.

  • Define and use reports and tools to support the new processes and the assimilation of change.

What we need to see:

  • At least 3 semesters left until the completion of your B.Sc in Industrial Engineering, or related field

  • Personal skills: independent, responsible, analysis ability and detailed orientation, ability to drive people and tasks.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with English proficiency

  • Experience with tools such as MS Excel

  • Ability to work 2 days per week (not including Friday)

Ways to stand out from the crowd:

  • Familiar with project management methodologies and tools

  • Experience in multiple groups coordination

  • Familiarity with SW Agile concept

  • Technical orientation, including the ability to conduct technical discussions
