Summary
The Monitoring &Analytics Associate (MA Associate)supports the Center for Applied Learning and Impact (CALI) by managing data analysis and developing reports to elevate learnings and insights about the effectiveness of GLIDE division services, activities, and initiatives that can inform strategy and practice. Responsibilities include implementing measurement plans for GLIDE’s three impact divisions (Programs, the Center for Social Justice, and Glide Memorial Church); analyzing programmatic data to monitor progress and track compliance with programmatic grants and contracts; and responding to requests for data and research review from CALI and other teams at GLIDE.  
 
The successful candidate will have strong analytical skills and significant experience with project management and database administration. This position requires strong interpersonal communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multi-task a fast-paced and changing environment.  
 
Work Environment: 
GLIDE’s buildings are in the Tenderloin neighborhood. GLIDE maintains an "open door" policy for the community and its clients, who frequently enter and leave the building.
