You are passionate to be part of a Centre of Excellence whose purpose is to deliver meaningful and robust policies that will drive value through changing culture and risk frameworks, helping to manage and reduce risks across our Records Management landscape in the organisation

 

As a Senior Manager, you will be part of our Centre of Excellence, responsible for creating tools, procedures, and frameworks to embed our policy across the organisation. You will lead identification, development, and implementation of Group wide tooling and initiatives, strengthening the foundational capability of Records Management, and you will support embedment of these across the Group!

 

You are pivotal in the success of our Centre of Excellence meeting its responsibility relating to management of risk in managing policy records. We work closely with our stakeholders across the group to drive consistent and effective embedment of our Policy Suite, ultimately buying down risk through effective Record Management in the organisation. We also define and drive the strategic direction of the Records Management landscape in the Group, partnering with our stakeholders to collectively work towards our strategic objectives.

The Chief Data and Analytics Office (CDAO) team is responsible for leading the delivery of world-class data, analytics, AI, and technology capabilities to improve the financial well-being of our customers and communities. We are seeking people who are:

  • Passionate about building market leading risk, governance, record management policies, frameworks, procedures, literature material to seamlessly meet our Records Management risk appetite.

  • Constantly thinking outside the box to lead Records Management Governance forums, to effectively connect and drive outcomes with BU leadership across the organisation.

  • Adept in developing a forward strategy and define roadmaps to drive effective Records Management (in relation to PI and non-PI records) across the Group.

  • Experienced in implementing frameworks, processes and tooling that enables better embedment of the Records Management Policy.

  • Good in providing consulting and SME trusted advisory in Records Management to educate, influence, partner and guide a diverse group of stakeholders.

  • Able to champion Records Management uplift across the Group and be empowered to tackle new challenges in design policy content to get bank future ready.

  • Adept in engaging with Technology Policy Framework and Group Policy Framework Teams to embed Group Records Management Policy Suite.

  • Strong in communication and engaging with leadership across all areas within the Group

  • Adept with understanding Privacy, Conduct and Data Ethics risks, Model Risk, Technology compliance monitoring to manage the embedment of the CBA Group records management policy.

  • Demonstrable experience drawn from a variety of disciplines including privacy, risk, records management, data management, risk and project delivery.

  • Proven experience in managing executive stakeholders and influencing them to affect change.

  • Knowledge of industry and global operations best practices.

  • Excellent demonstration of consulting core craft skills.

  • Leading and fostering a work culture of continuous improvement

  • Well demonstrated experience and attitude working in a dynamic program environment.

  • Ability to work with ambiguity and within the ‘grey’.
