Position Summary:

Manages for the development and implementation of new systems and enhancement of existing systems. Develops strategy to evaluate new applications and systems requirements. Leads department to evaluate and implement new Technology developments and evolving business requirements and recommends appropriate systems alternatives and/or enhancements to current systems.

In this role, responsibilities include, but not limited to:

• Develops cross-functional plans to ensure the successful implementation of business analysis solutions, including leading and managing technology projects, and planning, coordinating, and executing the successful implementation of technology solutions.
• Supports the end-to-end project lifecycle, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and meeting the required quality standards.
• Conducts reviews, tests, and evaluations to ensure that technology solutions meet the defined quality standards.
• Recommends appropriate technology solutions to meet the identified business needs and assesses the feasibility and impact of implementing new systems or processes.
• Communicates direction on areas of improvement based on interfacing with stakeholders, business teams, clients, and Technology professionals.
• Collaborates with multiple departments to align business analysis activities with the overall company objectives, working closely with stakeholders to prioritize projects and address any issues that arise during the project implementation
• Leverages expertise to streamline existing processes, enhance efficiency, and promote best practices across the organization.
• Adhere to all established methodologies, standards, and guidelines.

Required Qualifications

• Previous experience in Health Care insurance industry
• Knowledge of enrollment and premium billing processes within the health care insurance sector
• Strong analytical skills
• Ability to work effectively with software engineering team to develop new capabilities and troubleshoot production issues
• Knowledge of the Scaled Agile development methodology
• Ability to translate business requirements into functional design specifications
• Previous experience in testing/Quality Assurance
• Data Management skills a plus – SQL programming, Relational database, reporting tools.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working in and/or leading dynamic cross-competency teams using a structured project methodology is strongly preferred.

Pay Range

The typical pay range for this role is:

$75,400.00 - $165,954.00

This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls.  The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors.  This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.  This position also includes an award target in the company’s equity award program.
