Job Description

The IT Project Program Senior Manager will be responsible for leading medium to large-scale projects, primarily passionate about supplier connectivity. This role involves defining project scope, handling resources, developing project schedules, and tracking budgets. The IT Project Program Senior Manager will apply Agile and Scrum methodologies to ensure the successful delivery of digital products that facilitate teamwork between planners, suppliers, and warehouse operators.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Settle and define project scope and objectives for medium to large-scale projects.

  • Predict and handle resources needed to achieve project goals in an effective and efficient manner.

  • Oversee multiple stages of large projects, preparing detailed budgets based on scope and resource requirements.

  • Track and manage project costs to meet budget constraints.

  • Develop and maintain detailed project schedules, ensuring timelines are met across all project stages.

  • Provide regular project updates to key stakeholders, including the project board.

  • Assist in handling contracts with vendors and suppliers by assigning tasks and ensuring expected deliverables are communicated and met.

  • Apply industry and company best practices, standards, and techniques throughout the project lifecycle.

  • Continuously supervise and adjust project progress as necessary, measuring performance to find opportunities for improvement.

  • Ensure adherence to Agile/Scrum methodologies to facilitate smooth project execution.

Job Qualifications

Must Have:

  • Proven experience in Project Management, particularly leading medium to large-scale projects.

  • Strong knowledge and application of Agile/Scrum methodologies (or similar, such as Kanban).

  • Excellent interpersonal skills, with an advanced level of English proficiency.

  • Strong operational excellence, able to efficiently manage resources and timelines.

Nice to Have:

  • Experience with SAP or

  • Experience working with IT projects.
