About the Team
As a Presales Instructional Designer, you'll play a key role on the global Presales Enablement team. You will be part of an organization that directly impacts our sales and business success. This team is passionate about growing presales skills, improving career opportunities, and teaching about Workday's outstanding technology.About the Role
As a Presales Enablement Instructional Designer, you are responsible for designing, developing and evaluating presales training and enablement programs in collaboration with key business stakeholders and external providers, interact with senior levels within key Workday organizations as well as be part of a fast paced and dynamic team.
Apply sound instructional adult design principles to produce learning curriculums and programs, job aides, and other supporting enablement materials in a wide variety of formats, including blended learning experiences (e.g. ILT, VILT, and On-Demand classroom instructor led course/webinar materials). Create sales enablement tools like job aides, podcasts, video, interactive PDFs. Develop skills-based evaluations, coaching & feedback, demo, presentation skills, business writing, how to white board, and sales methodology.
About You
Design and develop world class learning curriculum that is experiential, drives behavior changes and increases performance. Build and maintain valued relationships with key stakeholders and external vendors. Define and develop scope, objectives, storyboard/outline and other design documents for comprehensive training plans and continuing education for our sales teams.
