Position Summary:

根据生产计划或上级安排，按照标准化作业要求操作，确保产品质量合格，满足客户交期。

Work You’ll Do:
 

1，组织每天的班组会议并跟踪每天的生产结果；

2，人员的管理，生产线工艺、质量要求和现场纪律的执行；

3，确保生产安全，通过培训和沟通提高产线的安全意识。致力于为产线创造一个更安全的环境；

4，确保产线有一个干净及有序的环境；

5，确保质量文件能够被很好的执行，确保标准化文件能够被很好的执行，确保一些质量基础能够被很好的了解和遵守；

6，确认员工能够按时工作，确认每条线的人员能够满足生产计划的需求；

7，确保生产工单能够及时完成；

8，确保设备能力能够满足生产的需求；

9，责任于管理产线的过程报废，生产力，生产效率及员工加班；

10，及时的将员工需要的信息传递给员工，并及时的和员工沟通目标；

11，激励并提高CI体系在产线的执行，并关注员工的技能发展需求；

12，为员工的绩效创建值得肯定和有建设性的条件，关注员工的职业发展并及时的认同和表彰员工；

13，检查并优化产线的工艺流程和物料流；

14，参与到产线的持续改进中；

15，责任于辅助和培训组长以及员工；

16，经理安排的其他任务

Basic Qualifications:

1，高中或中专以上学历

2，5年以上机加工工厂相关工作经验

3，能看懂图纸和程序

4，有生产管理类培训经历
