We are looking for a talented, detail-oriented Senior Human Resources Assistant to provide vital support across the various human resources functions. The ideal candidate is a highly organized, proactive professional with a passion for delivering exceptional service. Key Responsibilities
Provides critical operational and administrative support across various Human Resources functions.
Supports employee programs and processes, including onboarding, separation, recognition programs, benefit enrollments, and payroll workflow.
Coordinates HR team meetings and logistics for learning and development events.
Processes invoices and monitors department budget.
Manages employee records and ensures data accuracy in human capital management system (Workday).
Plays a key role in maintaining confidentiality and supporting business continuity within the department.
