About the Role
You will be responsible for the management and organisation of Health Information, internal performance reporting, mandatory reporting and reporting of activity data. You will be accountable for running KPI and SDO compliance reports, compiling and analysing data relevant to performance and demand management, so that the health service senior management receives data to meet SVHM reporting requirements to G4S and Justice Health as per the Health Service Agreement.
Scheduling and running health related reports from JCare (Electronic Medical Record) to ensure compliance with SDO/KPI reporting
Collection and dissemination of data within the required time frames to internal and external users
Co-ordination of health related complaints and data management of complaints under the direction of Medical Director and Manager SVCH.
Classifications for this position Grade 3 HS3 - HS25 ($74,448 - $82,305 per annum pro rata).
Your Contribution
Relevant administrative experience in a health setting and or equivalent.
Experience in administrative management of reporting and data analysis
Co-ordination of health related complaints and data management of complaints under the direction of Medical Director and Manager SVCH.
Provide information to SVCH staff to assist in preparation of response
Liaise with Patient Liaison Office to finalise complaints with in required time frame
Current National criminal history check, or willing to obtain, including a G4S security clearance organised by the Correctional team

St Vincent's Correctional Health Service (SVCHS) at Port Phillip Prison (PPP) provides primary health and mental health and secondary medical health care to prisoners at Port Phillip Prison, Laverton. Port Phillip Prison is a maximum security male prison accommodating approximately 937 inmates and is situated 20 km West of Melbourne. SVCHS operates a large outpatient health service (St Thomas) and provides on-site subacute healthcare for up to 40 inpatients of the St John’s unit.
