The Work:

You will collaborate with the Strategic Initiatives Design team to provide visual design services to Sales Excellence. You will work on transformational & strategic projects as part of multidisciplinary teams to craft user-friendly solutions.

You will:

• Own & drive high quality creative outputs based on content guidelines, while meeting business goals and user needs.
• Simplify complex topics by applying elegant visual design that suits diverse users and platforms.
• Showcase the power and value of design by modeling a human-centered mindset and design thinking.
• Adapt Accenture brand guidelines into a coherent design system for Sales Excellence.  Collaborate with, educate, and share best practices with the wider team.
• Work with content owners and strategists to prepare creative outputs for campaigns that promote Sales Excellence offerings.
• Lead visual design efforts within the Strategic Initiatives team in collaboration with the Change Management & Training team.

Here’s what you need:

• Bachelor’s degree in any design field or human-computer interaction
• A portfolio showing your skills in visual design, design rationale, communication and storytelling.
• Familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, Sketch or similar design tools
• English language fluency (oral and written)
• Strategic thinking, ability to balance creative and analytical perspectives.
• Basic understanding of user experience/user interface design

Extra credit if you have:

• Experience in UI design.
• Illustration skills
• Workshop facilitation skills
• Experience working in a large organization with multiple lines of responsibility.

• Ability to work flexible hours according to business needs.
• Must have good internet connectivity and a distraction-free environment for working at home, in accordance with local guidelines.
