What Does Success Look Like

We are currently looking for a Product Designer who has 3-6 years of experience working in a fast-paced software environment. The main responsibility of the candidate will be to design our next-gen software using our existing design system and AI. They will work in collaboration with Product teams and Engineers to create high fidelity designs and prototypes as per the requirements. The ideal candidate should be comfortable in working with Product teams and should have a good understanding of design trends and best practices. Additionally, they should ensure that the visual styles align with the business goals of the product.

  • Rev up your design engines with the power to swiftly create top-notch explorations using our cutting-edge design system! Dive into the nitty-gritty of user workflows alongside principal designers and our dynamic leadership team, showcasing seamless end-to-end user journeys.
  • Bring designs to life by whipping up clickable prototypes or captivating animatics as the need arises. Harness the full potential of our existing design system across all projects, ensuring a harmonious and polished look through reusable design elements.
  • Forge strong connections with Product Managers and Engineers, absorbing requirements, gathering feedback, and delving into the depths of user needs. Be the
  • superhero who tackles developer requests and hurdles with lightning speed, especially on tight deadlines.
  • Immerse yourself in the world of research and user experience activities – attend client interviews, observe end users on the platform, and bring valuable insights to the design table. Step into the spotlight as you flawlessly present design mocks and workflows to Product, developers, and our leadership teams. Showcase your prowess in pitching ideas and swiftly iterating based on feedback.
  • Collaborate with principal designers early in the design process, gathering input, and aligning on the perfect design direction. Embrace the art of openness to feedback and critiques from leadership and principal designers. Once the direction is approved, be the beacon that communicates it seamlessly to the Product team, engineers, and other stakeholders.
  • Be the design maestro who submits designs for review and gracefully incorporates feedback with lightning speed.

 

What Makes You Qualified

  • Experience building and shipping software.
  • Experience using AI tools and understand AI user experiences.
  • Passionate about user journeys and telling stories from a user perspective.
  • You thrive in fast-paced environments and are flexible and adaptive to changing priorities from day to day.
  • You are comfortable moving from concept to high fidelity quickly.
  • Creative and open to critique with the ability to focus on the design challenges that come with creating software experiences.
  • You are an excellent problem solver and can provide fast turnarounds on complex problems surrounding software interactions.
  • You have excellent written and verbal skills that include expressing your ideas to fellow designers, developers, and management.
  • Communicate and collaborate well with other designers.
  • Empathetic to user needs and passionate about ensuring painless user experiences.
  • Have a portfolio of work demonstrating enterprise software design and UI patterns.
  • Expert Sketch and/or Figma user.
  • Familiarity with Principle, Marvel, Abstract, InVision or Jira applications.
  • Knowledge of design systems.
  • Minimum of 2 years of work experience in the same or similar position required.

Compensation Range

$134,000 - $178,000 - $223,000

The base salary range for this role at minimum, midpoint and maximum is shown above. It is not typical for a candidate to be hired close to or at the maximum of the salary range. At Sprinklr, base pay depends on multiple individualized factors, including experience, qualifications, job-related knowledge and skills, and geographic location. Base pay also depends on the relative experience, knowledge, skills to our internal peers in the role.  Base pay is only one part of our competitive Total Rewards package: the successful candidate may also be eligible to participate in Sprinklr’s  discretionary bonus plan, commission plan and/or equity plan, depending on role.
