As an Account Director, you will be responsible for key accounts in the business, actively strengthening partnership with clients. You will act as a leader to team members, guiding them through the internal cross-functional process and overseeing every campaign to ensure productivity and profitability.

What You Will Do

  • Establishing & achieving account team annual business objectives, goals, strategies, action plans
  • Building and owning a good, long-lasting relationship with clients, the account, planning and creative teams
  • Responsibility for producing cost estimates for approval with the client, and managing with the finance team
  • Understanding of the client’s business and solid knowledge of the competitive market in which the brand operates
  • Managing team priorities and diaries to help manage projects and meetings with clients
  • Leading a team to provide the utmost level of client service
  • Liaising with clients at a senior level on a day-to-day basis
  • Promoting the expansion of business with existing clients
  • Completing projects to a specific schedule and within an agreed budget
  • Using your skills to push clients, and the agency, creatively and strategically

Who You Are

  • A recognized university degree
  • Proficiency in Vietnamese & English
  • Minimum of 6 years of experience in a digital marketing agency
  • At least 1 years of working experience in the position of Account Director, with proven ability to lead a team of 3 - 5 members
  • Significant experience in professional client relationship management
  • Excellent project management skills, with experience of managing budgets, estimates and schedules
  • Experienced in executing and managing IMC/Influencer Integrated projects
  • Solid knowledge of digital tools & channels
  • Result-driven and have a good sense of responsibility as well as a strong enthusiasm
  • Excellent organization and documentation skills (MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, task management systems)
  • Experience in a fast-paced work environment
  • Strong leadership skills
  • Excellent communication skills
