About our Team
 

LexisNexis® Risk Solutions is offering an exciting opportunity to join a high performing sales team based in the Singapore office.
 

About the Role
 

This role will manage an existing portfolio of clients within the financial crime compliance, fraud and identity segment in Southeast Asia. You will be responsible for retaining existing revenue and generating new business through upselling and cross selling of additional solutions.
 

Responsibilities

  • Growing of existing portfolio of clients and increase revenue spend per account
  • Planning and executing account plans and sales campaigns to deliver against target
  • Conducting regular status and strategy meetings with the customer's senior management to understand their needs
  • Building and maintaining effective long-term relationships with senior-level decision makers and influencers at assigned customer accounts
  • Driving referral-based activities to expand opportunities within key accounts
  • Establishing good working relationships with all internal stakeholders within LNRS in order to deliver solutions to meet clients’ needs
  • Keeping abreast of industry developments and derive the impact this would have on LNRS’ solutions
  • Building a community within each account and externally with relevant market players, associations and authorities


Requirements

  • Have good experience in consultative solution sales at enterprise level
  • Have prior experience in financial crime compliance, fraud or credit risk sector
  • Have good track record in generating pipeline and meeting sales quota
  • Experience in managing complex senior relationships and working with different stakeholders within an account to increase revenue streams
  • Have good account management and networking skills
  • Have a growth mindset, ability to listen, learn quickly and demonstrate initiative
