Job Description Summary:
Reporting to the Senior Director II, FP&A and Resource Allocation, this is an essential partner to the marketing and brand teams within the North America Operating Unit (NAOU). This role is instrumental in supporting the financial management, planning, and analysis of brand performance and resource allocation.
With a strong focus on accurate financial reporting, insightful forecasting, and compliance, you will manage the day-to-day financial processes for marketing investments across marketing initiatives.
You will also collaborate with cross-functional partners and help champion best practices in resource allocation, asset management, and FP&A, supporting continuous improvement and strategic alignment with overall business goals.

$103,000 - $119,000Base pay offered may vary depending on geography, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. A full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits, dependent on the position, is offered.
