JR65436 PRINCIPAL ENGINEER/ MEMBER OF TECHNICAL STAFF - Operations Central Team Alpha Development Technology Process and Equipment - Region E

Responsibility:

-Drive and manage region E programs in PROCT ADT, focus on NPI Region E Yield, Quality, Cost improvements.

-Optimizing wafer bevel/backside and overall stress management

- Co-work with PEE and module owner to improve process cross wafer uniformity on NPI.

- RegE yield ramp up for NPI, co-work with TD/APD, PI/YE, device, RAM team to create regE yield detractor pareto and drive activities.

-RegE Quality improvement for NPI, co-work with PEE/PI/YE to reduce WTW/LTL and WIW variations.

- Development new methodology to characterize for improving regE health.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s/Master’s in chemical/material/mechanical engineering or relevant field with min 10 years working experience in semiconductor.
  • Deep understanding of the DRAM/NAND process flow.

  • Strong desire and creativity to explore process and control improvements.
  • Understanding of the Micron world-wide team structure, standards, and processes
  • Knowledge of Micron’s Process control methods and direct experience with general line sustaining within the area
  • The ability to train on process lessons learned, defect issues and BKM's
  • Strong team player with the ability to clearly communicate with content experts – written and oral (via conference calls)
  • Working knowledge of data analysis systems and SWR systems 
  • Proven ability to set, measure and achieve short and long - term goals.
  • Demonstrated success in leading cross functional (RnD,Mfg) teams (preferably WW)  in defining and solving process problems
