Job Overview
As a Principal Product Operations Manager, you will shape and direct the organization’s product operations strategy, driving innovation and efficiency at the highest level. You will oversee the implementation of comprehensive operational plans and strategic initiatives. You will partner with executive leadership to align operations with long-term business goals, ensuring the organization thrives and excels.
What you will do:
· Oversee Enterprise Planning: Manage enterprise planning and rhythms of business at the organizational level.
· Lead Across Teams: Is maze-bright at strategically driving, influencing & aligning teams at VP/Sr-Director levels & below.
· Mentor and Coach: Lead and mentor teams, fostering a culture of innovation, accountability, and high performance.
· Change Management: Manage large-scale operational changes, ensuring smooth transitions, effective communication, and adoption across teams.
· Storytelling with Data: Craft and deliver data-driven narratives that inspire action and drive stakeholder buy-in across the organization.
· Operational Excellence: Drives strategic optimization of product development processes and lifecycle management by implementing best practices and scalable processes organization-wide.
· Complex Problem Solving: Address high-level operational challenges, anticipate potential risks, and develop robust solutions.
What we are looking for:
· 10 or more years of prior experience working in product operations, product management, business consulting, project management or in an operational role that worked closely with product team.
· Strong understanding of product management principles and practices, with experience working in agile environments.
· Strategic thinker with strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate data into actionable insights and recommendations through storytelling.
· Exceptional communication, leadership, and influence; ability to drive organizational change and innovation.
Preferred Experience, Qualifications, and Skills
· Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field; a Master’s degree or MBA is preferred. Additional certifications in Product Management or leadership can be advantageous.
· Previous experience and strong interest in financial services, payments, or B2B industry a plus.

• Ability to travel domestically up to 25%
