What would you do? Design and analysis of civil and structural components for oil and gas facilities, including platforms, refineries, pipelines, and storage tanks. • Preparation of detailed engineering drawings, specifications, and calculations for civil and structural elements. • Structural analysis and design of steel and concrete structures, ensuring compliance with relevant industry codes and standards. • Soil investigation and geotechnical analysis to determine foundation design parameters. • Design and analysis of foundation systems, including shallow foundations, deep foundations, and pile foundations. • Prepare Site Preparation Drawings showing roads, bridges, culverts, dikes, parking area, railroad spurs, sewers, fences and gates (including cut and fill balance). • Prepare cut and fill plan for site development. • Development of construction methodologies and procedures Investment project management and control capabilities related to grid assets to enable the energy transition (e.g. transmission interconnections).
What are we looking for? Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering; master’s degree is a plus. • Experience of 4 to 8 years in Civil Engineering in the heavy construction sector. Previous experience in the Oil & Gas industry is preferential. • Proven experience in managing and working with engineering teams; previous experience coordinating a team of 5+ is preferential. • Experience in Civil Design tools like Civil 3D, Tekla, MATH CAD and other calculation tools. • Familiarity with project management methodologies and tools. • Excellent cross-cultural communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interface with the home office in Italy. • Proactive and results-oriented mindset, with a focus on delivering high-quality projects on time and within budget. • Strong decision-making abilities, with the capacity to inspire and motivate a diverse team.
