Project Role: Building Information Modelling Architect Project Role Description: Utilize modular architectures, next-generation integration techniques and a cloud-first, mobile-first mindset to provide vision to Application Development Teams. Work with an Agile mindset to create value across projects of multiple scopes and scale. Work Experience: Minimum 15 year(s). Work Location: Bengaluru Must have Skills: Building Information Modelling (BIM) Good to Have Skills: 3D modeling in Blender and other low poly modeling tools. Job Requirements: Key Responsibilities: • Should have a hands-on experience in BIM Product suits, Autodesk Construction Cloud, BIM 360, Revit, Smart City and manufacturing domain Experience, AutoCAD, MicroStation. • Experience in solution Digital Spatial Twin solution with IOT Integration. • Minimum 3 years’ experience on technical Solution for digital twin solution. • Understand the business and functional requirements to develop and deliver the functionalities for BIM based Solutions. • Create an end-end Design, Solution Architecture and Project plan. Technical Experience: • Experience of working in Agile methodology • Experience in REVVIT, Auto CAD construction, CAD, BIM • Experience in developing automation scripts in python for spatial analysis. • Good hands-on experience in web and API Development. • Experience in System Integration • Familiarity with BIM Product Architecture and deployment models, service-oriented architecture, REST/SOAP APIs, Security layer, , web services, spatial ETL tools. Professional Attributes: • Should have at least 6+ years of experience working as BIM Solution Lead • Strong communication written and oral and interpersonal skills. • Demonstrated ability to handle customers and deliver results when working in cross-functional teams. • Strong knowledge in shop floor and discrete industry experience - automotive, consumer goods etc. Educational Qualification: BTech/BE / Masters degree in Computer Science/ GeoInformatics Additional Info: Strong techno functional domain expertise
