The Director of HR Operations will be responsible for overseeing the HR Project Management Office and driving HR process improvement initiatives on a global scale. This role will work closely with HR leadership and cross-functional teams to develop and implement strategies that enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of HR.

Role Responsibilities

  • Lead the HR Project Management Office, ensuring timely and successful delivery of HR projects and initiatives.
  • Drive process improvement initiatives across HR functions, identifying opportunities for increased efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Provide tools/techniques/governance for mapping end-to-end HR processes.
  • Collaborate with HR leadership and cross-functional teams to develop and implement strategies that support the overall HR vision and goals. 
  • Oversee and manage the M&A activities for the HR organization.
  • Monitor and analyze HR metrics and data to inform decision-making and measure the impact of HR initiatives.

               

Role Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience in Human Resources.
  • 2+ years of strong leadership with the ability to inspire and motivate teams.
  • Bachelor’s degree in people-oriented field or equivalent experience.
  • Project Management and Process Improvement expertise.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Certifications:  PMP, Lean, Six-Sigma, or Prosci strongly preferred.

Salary 

The base salary range is $150,000 – 200,000 per year. Total on target compensation includes a base salary and short-term (20% of base) and long-term (20% of base) incentives that align with individual and company performance. Actual salaries will vary based on candidates’ qualifications, skills, and competencies.
