As a Product Owner in the Onboarding team, you’ll be the custodian of creating end to end customer and account journeys for Personal and Business customers using the strategic workflow and case management solutions available. This is a critical role in bringing the new strategic onboarding solution to life.
Utilising the foundational elements such as Customer, Account, Identity and Application components, you’ll create the strategy and execute it working with the development teams on achieving the desired customer journey outcomes.
The difference you’ll make:
Setting ambitious and clear product vision and roadmap, strategy from inception to production
Collaborating with control functions and key stakeholders to ensure digital vision and products align within team strategy and requirements including managing delivery
Taking accountability for product specific KPIs once solution enters production and communicate regular tracking to stakeholders
Utilising market and industry knowledge to translate user needs into user stories and acceptance criteria for their team.
Working closely with the On-boarding Product Owner and other BaaS (Backend-as-a-service) API (Application Programming Interface) PO’s (Postal Orders) to establish each product’s business value
Facilitating release planning with stakeholders as well as weekly demos and aligning outward facing product requirements and stakeholders
What you’ll bring:
Knowledge of digital on-boarding technologies, processes and platform management that will have a bearing on their own area of responsibility
Significant knowledge and proven track record of product development, platform management and innovation
It would also be nice for you to have:
AWS qualifications or willingness to train on AWS certifications
Sound knowledge and understanding- of data management principles, Cloud adoption, API (Application Programming Interface) management and BaaS (Backend-as-a-service) principles.

This role is based in Milton Keynes.

To support this, we offer site-based contracts with a hybrid working pattern and our expected level of attendance in an office is at least 12 days per month (pro-rata for part-time roles).

Eligible for a discretionary performance-related annual bonus.
