GM, Content PaaS & On-Prem

What challenge awaits you? 

As the leader of the Content PaaS & On-Prem business unit, you will oversee its performance, focusing on maximizing cash flow and profitability through revenue growth and cost management, including partner-driven sales. You will manage the P&L independently, leveraging shared G&A functions where appropriate, and report results to the COO as part of our Executive team.   Strategic accounts in this business unit include global names such as Hilton, Capital One, ING to name a few.

Your job will be to:
  • Accountable for P&L of the business unit and other key metrics like customer satisfaction and pipeline growth
  • Build and strengthen strategic relationships with customers and partners
  • Facilitate account expansion as well as cross-sell opportunities for other products.
  • Develop and execute marketing and account management plans to achieve revenue and ARR goals.
  • Optimize resources across marketing, sales, and professional services for efficiency and revenue stability.
  • Define and deliver a product roadmap aligned with business goals, collaborating with the CPO and CTO as needed.
  • Prepare and manage strategic and financial plans, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and governance models.
  • Lead the Business Unit team, driving recruitment, performance management, development, and adherence to company values.
  • Manage transitions of eligible customers to SaaS solutions and ensure smooth migrations.

You have the following experience and qualities:

  • Bachelor's degree with a focus on business, technology, math, or similar
  • At least 4 years of P&L responsibility and working with a partner network
  • At least 5 years’ experience with Content Management applications and implementations.
  • Demonstrated ability to build relationships with executives at customers and partners
  • Excellent verbal and written communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to define and execute against a business plan focusing on product strategy, product lifecycle management and go-to-market execution
  • Experience managing and researching product positioning, competitive analysis, and product pricing.
  • Experience collaborating effectively with sales, marketing, partnerships, and engineering  to achieve results.
  • Dutch/ German language skill is a plus
