As a Communication & Engagement Intern, you will play a pivotal role in shaping our brand image, engaging with stakeholders, and driving effective communication strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Content Creation: Create compelling content for various communication channels including website, newsletters, and press releases. Tailor content to market educational offerings to both internal and external customers.

2. Stakeholder Engagement: Build and maintain relationships with stakeholders including customers, partners, employees, and media outlets. Coordinate engagement activities such as events, webinars, and outreach campaigns to promote educational offerings.

3. Brand Management: Assist in maintaining brand consistency across all communication channels. Contribute to the development of brand messaging, visual identity, and marketing collateral for educational materials.

4. Analytics and Reporting: Track and analyze key performance metrics related to communication and engagement efforts for educational offerings. Use data insights to optimize strategies and improve effectiveness.

5. Customer Feedback Collection: Gather feedback from internal and external customers to identify areas for improvement in educational materials. Use feedback to generate ideas and recommendations for enhancing educational offerings.

6. Collaboration: Work closely with instructional designers and other cross-functional teams to support the development and marketing of educational materials. Ensure alignment of communication strategies with educational objectives.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing, Public Relations, or a related field preferred.

• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

• Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.

• Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships with diverse stakeholders.

• Detail-oriented with a creative mindset and a passion for storytelling. • Experience with analytics tools and reporting preferred.

• Prior internship or work experience in communication, marketing, or related fields is a plus.
