Our Newest Opportunity: 

Essential Duties and Responsibilities (include but are not limited to):

  • Primarily responsible for coordinating and implementing new clients.
  • Serves as the main point of contact for clients during the implementation phase.
  • Consults with the client and gathers information to properly set up system software to optimize their experience.
  • Coordinates with Training Manager during the implementation process to train clients on the software to its fullest capabilities.
  • Oversees and coordinates with the Payroll Implementation Specialist the first two client payrolls to ensure a successful implementation of the components gathered. Additional payrolls oversight may be needed depending upon complexity of client setup.
  • Oversees Implementations of existing clients who choose to add new software services during their client life cycle. Also coordinates training on these new products with the Training Manager.
  • Oversees quality control process of system setup with clients in Implementation.
  • Other duties as appropriate to the objectives of the role and goals of Resourcing Edge.

Qualifications, Skills and Requirements:

  • Project Management Experience preferred.
  • Knowledge and experience implementing and troubleshooting ERP and HCM systems.
  • Knowledge of ERP and HCM software systems and ability to quickly learn new software.
  • Strong communication skills, including verbal and written communication.
  • Self-motivated and able to function well in a team environment.
  • Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of variables in situations where only limited standardization exists.
  • Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, verbal, diagram, or schedule form.
  • General knowledge of payroll and HR related applications.

Education, Training and Experience:

  • Certified Payroll Professional or Fundamentals of Payroll Certification a plus, but not required.
  • Proficiency with Windows and Excel
  • Capable of navigating multiple types of client interactions appropriately and possesses strong client relationship building skills.

Your base pay is dependent upon your skills, education, qualifications, professional experience, and location.
