Job Description:
The Talent Acquisition Operations Manager will play a pivotal role in promoting the efficiency and effectiveness of RaceTrac’s recruiting processes, systems, and technologies to maximize the ability to hire quickly, reduce costs and ensure effective use of resources to drive success. This individual will lead, develop, grow, and manage our recruitment operation strategy to deliver an exceptional candidate experience and meet business objectives. The Talent Acquisition Operations Manager role will support both the Field and Store Support Center populations to optimize strategies that are scalable and enhance RaceTrac’s talent pipeline.
Responsibilities:
- Process Optimization: Continuously identify and implement innovative solutions to streamline recruitment processes, reduce time-to-hire, and enhance the candidate & hiring manager experience.
- Technology Expertise: Serve as the subject matter expert for recruiting technologies, ensuring optimal utilization and integration of TA tools with Workday. This may include giving direction to technology teams on requirements and signing off on user acceptance.
- Data-Driven Decision Making: Leverage data analytics to measure performance, identify trends, and make data-informed decisions. Collaborates with cross functional teams to ensure relevant metrics, data accuracy, consistency, and builds effective dashboards and reports to drive continuous improvement.
- Employer Branding: Collaborate with marketing to develop and execute effective employer branding strategies that attract top talent and strengthen RaceTrac's employer brand.
- Vendor Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with all recruitment vendors and agencies to optimize sourcing and hiring efforts.
- Project Management: Manage and lead TA projects to drive innovation and implement new initiatives. Owns change management efforts for all new initiatives and enhancements.
- Stay Ahead of Trends: Keep a finger on the pulse of recruiting technologies and best practices, continuously recommending ways we can level up.
Qualifications:
- 7+ years of experience in talent acquisition or recruiting operations, in a fast-growing environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in human resources or related field
- Proven ability to build strong relationships and collaborate effectively across diverse teams.
- Proven track record with vendor management, program evaluation and managing TA technologies.
- Excellent capability in designing, scaling, and optimizing internal processes, leveraging technology where appropriate.
- Strong analytical skills and experience using data to drive decision-making.
- Project management expertise to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.
- Experience with Workday preferred
