The Crown Is Yours

As a key member of the Product team, you'll shape the future of Jackpocket, one of the newest products in our portfolio. In this role, you will focus on the continued development of offerings within the app, specifically the operations software, technology, and processes. You’ll collaborate with engineers, lead agile ceremonies, identify meaningful insights, prioritize development roadmaps, and implement impactful product enhancements. Working within the Jackpocket vertical offers the thrilling opportunity to contribute to a game-changing product in a rapidly growing industry, where your work directly impacts the future of digital lottery experiences.

 

What you'll do as Product Manager II, JackPocket 

  • Create and maintain product specs and high-level requirement documents to develop innovative ways to unlock added business value.

  • Serve as a subject matter expert on the Product and Operations workflow and create user and training documentation.

  • Play an active role in sprint planning, prioritization, and backlog grooming.

  • Travel to multiple Operations fulfillment centers to better understand how the Operations process works and how to improve our internal user experience.

  • Collect user feedback and conduct user research for internal and external customers to identify meaningful insights to drive new innovative solutions.

  • Manage feature delivery and monitor product performance to ensure features are released properly and on schedule.

  • Define success criteria for testing and product acceptance.

What you'll bring

  • At least 3 years of Product Management experience.

  • Ability to create and maintain clear and comprehensive technical specs, product requirements, and project-related documentation.

  • Proven ability to collaborate with highly technical stakeholders in a fast-paced environment. 

  • Strong attention to detail, ensuring precision and accuracy in product execution.

  • Excitement and curiosity about solving problems in a complex and technical space.

  • Experience using Confluence and managing and prioritizing a product backlog.

We’re a publicly traded (NASDAQ: DKNG) technology company headquartered in Boston. The US base salary range for this full-time position is 113,400.00 USD - 141,800.00 USD, plus bonus, equity, and benefits as applicable. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The compensation information displayed on each job posting reflects the range for new hire salaries for the position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related sills, experience, and relevant education or training.
