Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead efforts to identify and implement process improvements within the team.
- Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and development.
- Coordinate cross-functional activities to ensure alignment and successful project delivery.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Oracle BRM Functional Configuration.
- Strong analytical skills to understand complex business requirements and translate them into functional configurations.
- Experience in troubleshooting and resolving configuration issues within Oracle Billing and Revenue Management systems.
- Ability to work with cross-functional teams to integrate Oracle BRM with other enterprise applications.
- Familiarity with software development lifecycle and agile methodologies to support iterative development and deployment.
- Excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 7.5 years of experience in Oracle BRM Functional Configuration.
- This position is based at our Chennai office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
