Summary:
As application support lead you will be required to act as SME of xECM , providing resolution to application issues promptly & with high quality , developing enhancements requested by client across various components of xECM and applications Accenture is support for client. The role requires working in AMS engagement understanding the current client application and landscape and becoming SME of the applications. Collaboration with cross-functional teams is a key aspect, ensuring that the solutions meet specific business requirements and contribute to overall system performance and reliability. Continuous improvement and adaptation to evolving project needs are integral parts of the daily workflow.
Candidate must be expert in OpenText xECM and proven experience in application support and enhancement.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- OpenText xECM application support, platform support and enhancements development.
- Application upgrade and modernization initiatives
- Integration with SAP (including VIM scenarios)
- Enhancements work – develop technical solution and design. Lead the team to develop enhancments.
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead the coordination of project tasks to ensure timely delivery and quality standards. Work with client SDM and Business on achieving project deliverables and objectives.
- Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and skill development.
- Facilitate effective communication between stakeholders to align technical solutions with business goals.

Professional & Technical Skills:
Must to have Skills: Open Text XECM Configuration, Integration
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in OpenText ECM Tools.
- Experience in software development lifecycle and agile methodologies.
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to analyze and resolve complex technical issues.
- Familiarity with integration of enterprise content management systems within diverse IT environments.
- Ability to design and implement scalable software components that align with business objectives.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 5 + years of experience in Open Text XECM Configuration, Integration which falls under OpenText ECM Tools.
- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
