Your Opportunity

The Associate Omnicommerce Manager will report into our Omnicommerce Manager – Brand Lead. This position is responsible for supporting annual omnichannel plans and execution that deliver against brand objectives & business needs. They will work closely between the brand teams & in-market Omnicommerce to ensure seamless execution.

Responsibilities

  • Manage weekly cross-functional statuses & meetings with business, commerce and brand teams.

  • Track agendas, timelines and ensure delivery of assets against due dates

  • Support creative builds with agency partners for retailer marketing initiatives

  • Manage budgetary needs, tracking to annual budget forecast by month, working closely with commerce team & finance. Coding & submitting invoices across multiple retailer executions & vendors

  • Data-forward mindset to ensure all plans & tactics will deliver on expected measurement, meet program objectives and KPIs.

  • Manage a close relationship with agency executional arm to ensure error-free work.

  • Liaison between brands and field for all executional needs

  • Bachelors’ Degree from an accredited four-year college or university in Business, Marketing, or related field and 3+ years relevant marketing experience; or equivalent combination of education and experience, required.

  • Experience acting as a lead by providing training, coaching or mentoring to less experienced staff or through managing a process or project.

  • Self-starter with a passion for executing with excellence

  • Detail-oriented and organized

  • Strong Excel skills and comfortable learning and using third-party platforms

  • Thrives in a fast-paced environment while being adaptable, resilient, and resourceful

  • Exceptional project management skills with attention to detail

  • Proven ability to meet deadlines

  • Outstanding communication (written & oral) and presentation skills

  • Solution oriented with the ability to find creative solutions and think innovatively

  • May travel up to 15%
