HR Business Partner (maternity leave replacement - one and half years conract)

Location: Brzesko

You will play an important role in our key production plant in Poland to succeed through people development. You will act as a business partner to support our Managers in aluminium cans production  in Brzesko to bring organization to the culture driven by our values.

Responsibilities:

  • Support implementation of the HR strategy and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy

  • Bridge management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances, or other issues

  • Manage recruitment and selection process

  • Support current and future business needs through development, engagement, motivation, and retention

  • Oversee and manage a performance management process

  • Maintain pay plan and benefits program

  • Assess training needs to apply and monitor training programs

  • Report to management and provide decision support through HR metrics

  • Ensure legal compliance throughout human resource management

Expectations:

  • 3+ years of experience in an HR Generalist or HR Business Partner role in a production or engineering environment

  • Strong consulting skills, adept at building relationships and gaining consensus through communications, negotiation, and influencing skills

  • Competence to build and effectively manage interpersonal relationships at all levels in the organization

  • In-depth knowledge of labor law and best practices of application

  • Degree in Human Resources or related field

  • English communicative

  • Nice to have: HRIS experience, preferably with Workday
