Job Responsibilities:

• Take lead in the yearly budgeting process following corporate calendar and procedures.

• Design and maintain the company financial model to perform financial forecasts, evaluate business strategy and future investment opportunities.

• Analyze financial performance, identify trends, and provide actionable insights to senior management.

• Identify and actively help functional management control expense levers as appropriate.

• Research and analyze regional economy, industry trends and competitor strategies.

•  Provide ad hoc reporting addressing emerging business issues.

• Prepare daily and monthly financial report and board presentation materials.

• Work closely with accounting team to have a full understanding on company financial results.

• Mentor and develop junior members of the FP&A team.

Job Requirements:

• At least 8 years’ relevant experience in hospitality/gaming industry.

• Bachelor's Degree in Finance or Accounting. CPA or MBA preferred.

• Possess excellent command of spoken and written English and Chinese.

• Microsoft Office Applications with skill in creating PowerPoint presentations.
