Job Description

We are looking for a smart, self-motivated and versatile Sr. Software Engineer.  As a member or a full-stack Agile team, your will be responsible for all aspects of product development to continuously iterate on improving our product. Our Agile teams vary between 3-6 members in size and are fully empowered to deliver customer value working directly with stakeholders. We pride ourselves on learning at every opportunity while holding each other to the highest standards.

Qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience writing multi-threaded code in a high level programming (i.e. C#, Java, or similar)
• Experience developing Microsoft .NET applications
• Experience developing RESTful API's used with web browsers, mobile applications, and back-end servers
• Experience with ReactJS, and modern component libraries
• Mastery of object oriented design methodologies, threading, and resource management
• Strong understand of relational databases and ORM frameworks
• Experience with modern, full-stack CI/CD toolchain on a public cloud provider
• Passion for developing clean and easy to maintain software
• Skilled in TDD, automation, and practices that result in high-quality software
• Experience with Linux and Windows operating systems on physical and virtual environments
• Ability to research and learn new technologies quickly
• Desire and enthusiasm for mentoring less experienced engineers on your team
• Motivated and self-directed to solve a broad range of technical problems
• Creative and efficient problem-solving skills and a desire to move quickly
• Ability to learn and adapt in an agile development environment
• Desire to work on a collaborative, high-energy development team
• Strong verbal and written communication skills with demonstrated ability to collaborate across remote teams and a global organization
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related technical discipline

Preference will be given to candidates with the following:

• 2+ years of experience developing and deploying web services on cloud based infrastructure (i.e. Azure, AWS)
• Desire to take on leadership roles as opportunities present themselves.
• You know how to build SQL queries to manipulate data in a database
• Knowledge or experience in the following specifications: ONVIF, OData, RTSP, WebRTC
• Experience with distributed computing applications
• Used tools and written scripts to manage continuous deployment and integration, monitor usage and troubleshooting
• Masters Degree in Computer Science (or a related field)
• Experience build web, mobile, server applications

This position is based in either Fort Collins, CO or Fresno, CA and the candidate must reside in these Greater Areas as you will be required to go into the office on a hybrid work schedule.

The base salary range for this position in California and Colorado is $115,000 - $135,000 depending on experience.
