Our mission is to activate Walmart’s people-led and tech-powered strategy by building people experiences that serve 2.1 million associates across Walmart US, Sam’s Club, Walmart International, and Campus. Our portfolio spans all aspects of the associate journey, including talent acquisition, talent management, workforce planning, learning, benefits, compensation, associate listening, time and attendance, core HR, payroll and more. We are the team behind some of Walmart’s most innovative associate-centric tools, including Me@Campus, Me@SamsClub, and My Assistant. We proudly serve as a key driver of innovation within Walmart's Global People organization, reporting through Walmart’s Chief People Officer.
Here, you'll have the opportunity to bring your ideas to life, work on 0->1 digital experiences, and make a lasting impact on the associate experience. Innovation is ingrained in our culture, fostering out-of-the-box thinking, creative problem-solving, and a willingness to challenge norms. As a Senior UX Designer, People Design, you will employ your depth of knowledge and experience designing enterprise software and digital experiences to make the complex simple, clear, and trusted. Through your obsession with the design craft, you’ll set a high standard of design excellence for the experiences you design. You will craft consumer-grade, delightful experiences that are inclusive and connect all associates, streamlining everyday tasks to provide value and delight. You’ll demonstrate your natural curiosity to listen, understand, and draw out insights from research and analytics to improve how your designs should evolve. You’ll bring your great strengths in storytelling to present your vision and product design rationale in a compelling, convincing manner to the wider team. While working with partners to determine a shared plan forward that balances business and technology considerations, you will create and champion an experience that is highly engaging and usable and deliver pixel-perfect detailed design with your team.
