Product Designer/Owner

As a Product Owner, you will play a key role in the development of our products or software applications. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including developers, designers, and stakeholders, to define the product vision, create and maintain the product backlog, and ensure that the development team is delivering value to the customers.

Key Responsibilities:

Product Vision: Develop and communicate a clear product vision that aligns with the overall business goals and strategy.

Product Backlog Management: Create and prioritize the product backlog, which includes user stories, features, and technical tasks. Ensure that the backlog is well-groomed, refined, and ready for development.

User Story Definition: Write user stories with clear acceptance criteria that describe the functionality or requirements of the product. Break down larger features into smaller, manageable user stories.

Prioritization: Continuously prioritize the backlog based on business value, customer feedback, and market trends. Make decisions about what features to build next.

Stakeholder Communication: Act as the primary point of contact for stakeholders, gather their input, and incorporate their feedback into the product development process. Maintain open and transparent communication.

Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate closely with development teams (e.g., Scrum teams) to ensure that they understand the requirements and have the necessary information to deliver high-quality products.

Release Planning: Participate in release planning and sprint planning meetings. Define the goals for each sprint and ensure that the development team is working on the highest-priority items.

Quality Assurance: Ensure that the delivered product meets the defined acceptance criteria and quality standards. Be responsible for accepting or rejecting work based on these criteria.

Market Research: Stay up-to-date with market trends, competitor products, and customer needs. Use this information to inform product decisions and improvements.

Risk Management: Identify and mitigate risks that could impact the successful delivery of the product. Make data-driven decisions to address challenges and changes in project scope.
