Summary:
As a Custom Software Engineering Lead, a typical day involves overseeing the technical vision and architectural framework of bespoke software projects. This role requires guiding teams through the entire lifecycle of software design and implementation, ensuring that development practices meet organizational goals. The position demands continuous alignment of project outcomes with business needs, fostering collaboration among team members, and maintaining a focus on delivering scalable and high-performing solutions. The lead actively shapes the technical environment, balancing innovation with practical execution to drive successful project delivery.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams.
- Lead the establishment and enforcement of development standards to ensure consistency and quality across projects.
- Facilitate effective communication and coordination between cross-functional teams to optimize project outcomes.
- Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and enhance overall team capability.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP UI5 Development.
- Experience in designing and implementing scalable user interfaces using SAP UI5 framework.
- Strong knowledge of front-end technologies including JavaScript, HTML5, and CSS3.
- Ability to optimize application performance and ensure responsiveness across devices.
- Familiarity with integrating SAP UI5 applications with backend services and APIs.
- Skilled in debugging, troubleshooting, and resolving complex technical issues within SAP UI5 environments.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 12 years of experience in SAP UI5 Development.
- This position is based at our Hyderabad office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
