Summary:
As a Custom Software Engineer, a typical day involves leading the design, construction, and configuration of specialized applications. This role requires acting as the main liaison for project activities, coordinating efforts to ensure seamless development and deployment. The position demands proactive engagement with various stakeholders to align project goals and deliver solutions that meet organizational needs, while continuously overseeing progress and addressing challenges that arise during the software development lifecycle.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead the planning and execution of project tasks to ensure timely delivery.
- Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and skill development.
- Facilitate effective communication between cross-functional teams to enhance collaboration.
- Continuously evaluate and improve development processes to optimize team performance.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in ServiceNow Human Resource Service Delivery (HRSD).
- Strong knowledge of application design principles and configuration best practices within the ServiceNow platform.
- Experience in managing workflows and automations to streamline human resource service processes.
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues related to ServiceNow HRSD modules.
- Familiarity with integration techniques and data management within enterprise environments.
- Skilled in collaborating with diverse teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in ServiceNow Human Resource Service Delivery (HRSD).
- This position is based at our Gurugram office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
