Job Description:

The Professional, Client Delivery, will partner with the business owners to lead strategic initiatives and drive achievement of business outcomes aligned to increasing top line revenue growth and optimization of organizational effectiveness for the largest provider of Real Estate and Tax Payment services in the industry. This role is focused on business process re-engineering/ transformation, go to market campaigns, expansion of services/ product portfolios, expansion into adjacent/ new markets and verticals, product lifecycle management, etc. working in close collaboration with a variety of stakeholders across Production & Delivery, Client Experience, and other supporting Corporate Functions (such as the Enterprise Data Group, Technology, Legal, HR, Marketing & Communications, etc.).

The ideal candidate is a self-starter that is adept at project/ problem solving, logical structuring, will be able to analyze complex data and deliver recommendations and insights to senior leadership at CoreLogic.

Responsibilities include:

  • Follows developed project plans specifying goals, strategy, staffing, scheduling, identification of risks and contingency plans.

  • Defines the role and responsibilities of the project team members.

  • Reviews project materials with management/ stakeholders to drive consensus on goals, timelines, identifying and allotting resources to the projects. Detects and resolves risks and issues through the duration of the project.

  • Facilitates implementation, status and milestone meetings with cross functional groups.  Generates and distributes status reports catering to a wide variety of audiences (operational, management, executive and board levels). Captures key decisions, meeting notes/ minutes, and tracks action items.

  • Uses metrics and data to determine risk at the beginning of each project and assesses risk throughout to detect situations that may cause risk to the project and its completion.

Role is hybrid with the requirement to be in the office on Wednesdays.

Job Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in a business field or equivalent work experience

  • Management consulting experience a plus

  • A minimum of 2 years of directly related experience

  • Experience in working on strategic initiatives with complex inter-dependencies, with track record of delivery and execution against outcomes

  • Strong problem solving and analytical skills; ability to think logically and critically to define problems, build fact base, perform analysis, and develop recommendations; creative/ out of the box-thinking

  • Experience with project management methodologies and techniques, and their application in business environments, with proven track record of on time and on budget delivery

  • Experience facilitating meetings with cross functional team members

  • Experience managing projects with complex inter-dependencies

  • Experience in building relationships and establishing trust with management and project teams

  • Strong oral and written communication skills (clear, concise and structured communication)

  • Excellent MS Software skills (MS Power Point, MS Word, MS Excel)

  • Excellent project planning skills

  • Self-directed, results-oriented with a focus on delivering value, with the ability to respond to multiple priorities, retain flexibility, and pivot quickly when necessary
