The Balance Sheet Mgmt Sr Ld Anlst is a strategic professional with Treasury, Finance, and Risk experience. The role requires an in-depth knowledge and experience in analytics and modeling techniques and methodologies, and their applications across IRRBB, FTP, and Capital Management. The successful candidate leverages their experience and understanding of industry leading analytical concepts, and being able to translate that into IRRBB, FTP, and Capital use cases.
Business / Team Overview:
The Methodology and Policy Development Team within Treasury Balance Sheet Management supports key priorities and goals of the firm generally and as they specifically apply to BSM. The team is engaged cross-functionally, within BSM, on key projects that span across: Enhancements to methodologies and measurement techniques; Development of proof of concepts, system design, and analytical tools; Management and strategic enhancements of frameworks, policies/governance, and processes; and other special projects. The team supports BSM as an "in-house consultancy“, closely collaborating with key BSM functions.

The group is involved in the forefront of enhancement projects within the BSM space. The team member will be involved in projects that cover wide ranging enhancements across IRRBB, ITP, and Capital Management. These projects cover enhancements to methodologies, measurement techniques, improvement of risk metrics, developing and rolling out enhanced management frameworks, and improving controls and governance. In addition, the team has been involved in enhancing systems and infrastructure with key technological partners. There is a wide breadth as well as in depth work involved across these projects that the team member will be exposed to.

$176,720.00 - $265,080.00
